I found the location to be excellent with views overlooking the lake! The rooftop infinity pool provided amazing experiences. I watched beautiful sunsets from it. The restaurant staff provided great service. They always attended to our needs.
The lighting switches in the room were a bit confusing.

The restaurant food was freshly cooked according to our choices, with prompt service. The breakfast selection included a good variety of local and international dishes. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries each morning.

really good service and superb location
rooftop pool fine sunset friendly staff
The rooftop pool provided amazing views and a fine sunset. good restaurants were a short downhill walk from the hotel. I didn't need to use the hotel kitchen. i found the hotel to be new and clean with friendly, helpful staff. lakmal kept my room super clean and created towel swans.
I had issues with the internet. I was unable to complete important work. the receptionist was rude and insisted i pay bills for other rooms. a manager needed to intervene to resolve the problem. i hope customer service improves

modern room comfortable room city view
I found the rooms to be modern and comfortable. the pool on the terrace had an amazing view. it was easy to walk down to the city. A tuktuk made the return easier.
the food was expensive and not very good, i recommend eating elsewhere. the staff worked hard to resolve the issues i encountered.

fine view professional staff modern room unavailable steward repetitive menu poor buffet
the location offered fine views of the surrounding area, it was magical. every staff member was so professional and kind, especially ruwan from housekeeping, he were pretty good!!! the room was modern with nice appointments.
The rooftop lacked readily available stewards, i had to call reception often to place orders. i stayed two nights and the set menu remained the same. It was quite surprising.
